1. 7-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where possible.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, defective, incorrect or significantly different from its description, please contact Buzz Deals Australia at hello@buzzdeals.org.
Depending on the nature of the problem and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
For a major product failure, customers may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, Buzz Deals may first offer an appropriate remedy, such as a repair.
3. Reporting a Problem
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering a problem.

4. Original Packaging & Product Returns
We recommend keeping the original product box, protective packaging, accessories and manuals.
Where possible, please return the product with its original packaging and included accessories, securely packed to prevent damage during transport.
Original packaging is preferred but is not mandatory when exercising your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact Buzz Deals before sending an item back so we can provide appropriate return instructions.
5. Return Postage
For faulty products that can reasonably be posted, customers may initially need to arrange return postage.
If the product is confirmed to have a fault covered by Australian Consumer Law, Buzz Deals will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
For large, heavy or difficult-to-return faulty products, Buzz Deals will arrange collection or cover applicable return transport costs as required by law.
Please retain postage receipts.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product fails to meet those guarantees. These rights apply independently of any manufacturer's warranty or voluntary store return period.
