2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, defective, incorrect or significantly different from its description, please contact Buzz Deals Australia at hello@buzzdeals.org.
Depending on the nature of the problem and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
For a major product failure, customers may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, Buzz Deals may first offer an appropriate remedy, such as a repair.

4. Original Packaging & Product Returns
We recommend keeping the original product box, protective packaging, accessories and manuals.
Where possible, please return the product with its original packaging and included accessories, securely packed to prevent damage during transport.
Original packaging is preferred but is not mandatory when exercising your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact Buzz Deals before sending an item back so we can provide appropriate return instructions.
5. Return Postage
For faulty products that can reasonably be posted, customers may initially need to arrange return postage.
If the product is confirmed to have a fault covered by Australian Consumer Law, Buzz Deals will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
For large, heavy or difficult-to-return faulty products, Buzz Deals will arrange collection or cover applicable return transport costs as required by law.
